Fernandez Place was born from a personal journey.
As a former foster child who experienced homelessness, I know what it feels like to be unseen, unprotected, and uncertain. For years, I longed for a place where I could feel safe, embraced, and at peace.
When I was young, the Fernandez family opened their home to me. No judgment. No conditions. Just love.
Their kindness did more than provide shelter. It restored hope, dignity, and a sense of belonging. That act of compassion became part of who I am and planted the seed for what would one day become Fernandez Place.
As I grew older, became a mother, built businesses, and worked to create a better future, I carried that experience with me. I never forgot what it felt like to have someone believe in me when I needed it most.
Today, Fernandez Place Supportive Living is more than housing. It is a mission.
We provide furnished, non-medical supportive living for veterans, independent seniors, and adults 55+ who are able to live independently and are seeking a safe, structured, and welcoming place to call home.
Every room is prepared with intention and care because I believe every person deserves dignity, belonging, and the opportunity to move forward with hope.
This is my way of giving back. I am building spaces with the same care I would want for someone I love.
Because everyone deserves more than a room. Everyone deserves a place to belong.
With love and purpose,
